VP of Distribution EMEA
With over 15 years of channel experience, Jane leads the business from the front. With responsibility for distribution across EMEA, Jane looks after two offices – the UK and the Netherlands – and multiple countries. A typical week, if there is such a thing, includes strategic planning calls with vendors, overseeing major initiatives and ensuring we’re on track to deliver the plan.
As our General Manager and with almost 15 years’ experience in the channel, James brings a wealth of knowledge and in-depth experience to both resellers and vendors. Operationally, James manages our business development team of vendor, product and solution area experts. He also oversees our inside sales team, ensuring a joined up approach to the sales cycle and a better experience for our up- and down-stream customers.
Head of Sales Operations
A stickler for detail, commercially minded and with unending tenacity, Sam keeps us on the straight and narrow; she ensures our systems and processes are running smoothly and the teams are enabled to deliver a first-class customer experience. Day-to-day, Sam oversees our Renewals and Sales Support teams. Both teams pride themselves on their proactive approach so if you ever have a question just ask.
Director of Strategic Accounts
Ben’s role is to grow and manage mutually beneficial relationships with the reseller community. From the initial onboarding and sales enablement, to building multi-vendor, multi-service solutions, Ben works across the Climb teams to pull it all together. He’s also responsible for the growth of our indirect CSP programme, Climb Expedition, alongside our specialist Microsoft team.
EMEA Marketing Manager
Bringing creativity to the channel, Selina leads the marketing team with motivation for new innovative approaches to demonstrate how Climb stands out from the crowd. Working her way up through the company from Marketing Assistant to Vendor Marketing Manager and now EMEA Marketing Manager, in just 6 years; she champions the team she helped build and develop with a strong sense of the Climb brand and a clear path for the future.
