Business Development Manager – French Speaking

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Business Development team working to drive new business for Climb Channel Solutions UK through growing the existing customer base and developing relationships with customers. We work with ground-breaking technology. And whilst you won’t be expected to know your Kernels from your Kubernetes from day one, you will need a head for technology, a passion to learn and a drive to be better every day.
About the role
Day-to-day, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with key vendors and developing brand awareness in the channel. You will be generating new business sales and opportunities to stimulate sales activity within the resellers. Working closely with our in-house sales and marketing teams you will manage and direct any call-out campaign (end user or channel) The vendors you will be supporting will cover Europe, so this is an exciting role for a salesperson with language skills. The role will require flexibility and may require you to spend nights away/travel as and when required for business.
Climb Channel Solutions UK sells software to resellers both in the UK and across Europe, enabling them to provide software, services, and solutions to end users and businesses. We work with many leading global software publishers such as Microsoft, Quest, Mindjet, Intel, SAP, Flexera and ManageEngine. You’ll have five GCSE grades 4/C (or equivalent) and above including Maths and English, plus a minimum of two years of sales experience. You will be self-motivated and driven with the aim of hitting individual and team targets, as well as further growing the company and brand. You will be managing your own workload with great attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy. You will be working collaboratively with the other members of the Climb BDM team to help support each other’s workload when required.
